I don’t think that there has ever been a time when I have been more grateful to be and move in space, with you. To be in the real world and to appreciate the depth of humanness; to interact and experience the sensations of sight and sound of the outdoors and movement of others; to play, to swing, to draw, and in real time to see rolling tears and smiling eyes; to reach out to touch, to guide and to hold. To experience life in 3 dimensions is an awakening for the soul. It’s almost surreal. The warmth seems somehow more expansive. Our feelings stronger and more deeply felt. A weight was lifted, even through much despair, and the world feels comforting, more so than before.

It makes me wonder about the children who are tied into more narrowed experiences, those who thrive on the focused vision alone. Is it possible that this metamorphosis that I have just encountered is one that opens to the children? Or do we somehow intrude into a place that is hallowed? Do they evolve into this richness? Within our work, if we create the space, do the children experience an awakening when we join their world, while simultaneously we pull them out of their own space into ours, immersing within the flowering sensations full of meaning and into a palpable dimensionality. A space that opens to relationships with tempered emotionality and opportunity for ebullient joy, balanced with moments of tranquility.

I hope so.
